Hazrat Ibrahim and his descendants

Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was from the descendants of Sam, the son of Noah (peace be upon him) from the generation of Ar kehshez.

This family was a star-worshiping polytheist family Ibrahim (peace be upon him) thought these are the stars, but how can they be God? They first thought about the stars, then the moon, then the sun, and their heart did not obey, they felt God was higher than him, and his thinking about it, he prayed for his nation, and his prayer was accepted, and the glory of God and the unity of God sat in his heart. So he invited Tawheed. The people were very angry at this and threw them into the fire, but Allah protected them from burning in the fire. Then they left their homeland and came to the region of Syria and settled in Palestine. His nephew Lut (peace be upon him) also came with him, and he did the work of reformation and invitation in his own area.

Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) had a son Ishaq, he had a son Yaqub (peace be upon him) whose name was also Israel. The second son was Ismail, who was taken by his father Hazrat Ibrahim to the waterless and barren area of Mukarramah in the central region of the Arabian Peninsula, along with his mother, on the command of his Lord. Later, the Jarham tribe, a branch of the Qahtan tribe of Yemen, also came and settled there, and later on, Hazrat Isamail (peace be upon him) became the family of Hazrat Ismail (peace be upon him), the branches of this family were Najd and Hijaz, etc. his descendants, they became Quraish.

The population of Makkah started with Hazrat Ismail, Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) took him to the waterless plains of Makkah with his mother and settled him by the command of Allah, which is the great example of Hazrat Ibrahim. It was a sacrifice that he kept his infant child and their mother in a barren place like Mecca without any reliable life support and devoid of water and vegetation and devoid of pollution and obeying the command of his Lord. Hazrat Adam also came here and laid the foundation of a mosque here, which was later destroyed.

This action of Hazrat Ibrahim is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an as follows:

Our Lord! I have settled some of my children in this uncultivated valley near your sanctum at your holly house, Lord, so that they may offer prayers and benefit, O our Lord! This is so that they may maintain their prayers, so he would incline the hearts of some people towards them for God’s sake, and grant them sustenance of fruits [Ibrahim:37] so that they may give thanks. In this barren region, by the special grace fo Allah Almighty, the mother and her infant child survived, then when Hazrat Ismail (peace be upon him) grew up and became healthy and obeyed his father there, Hazrat Ibrahim was ordered that Hazrat Ismail sacrifice in the way of Allah. Hazrat Ibrahim performed this sacrifice on his own behalf. He tied his eyes and used a knife, but Allah only wanted to test him, so Hazrat Ibrahim’s knife did not hit him, but a knife. The ram was sent by Allah and Ibraham.

The knife hit his neck and he was slaughtered and Allah accepted it as the sacrifice of Hazrat Ismail and accepted Hazrat Ibrahim as his most chosen and most sincere servant and declared him as his friend and then ordered him and his son Ismail to build the Kaaba in the place of the mosque started by Hazrat Adam and thus it was established as the first house of Allah in the world and the first and foremost place of worship and obedience to Allah. It became the original centre and it was declared by Allah Almighty to be the home of Tawheed and the center of true religion until the Day of Judgement. Keeping the security of the house as their duty.

Among the descendants of Hazrat Ismail, peace be upon him, there was a person named Adnan after many generations, among his descendants were Maad, Nizar, then they went ahead and became Mudar and Rabia, Rabia went to the eastern region of Najd and settled, and remained in Makkah, Egypt. I went ahead and joined the Quraysh, and the worship of Baitullah came to them, the house of Allah was considered a holy house, and all the Arabs came from Waknaf to perform Hajj and the Quraish arranged their stay etc., for the sake of Allah. This house and the entire city in relation to it continued to be protected by.
